Generational Use of A.I. Chatbots in Marketing Communication is the proposal I used for my graduate studies program at Drury University, which aims to:

  • Define artificial intelligence based on existing academic literature

  • Identify existing academic literature on the use of A.I. chatbots for marketing communication uses

  • Identify the gap of understanding how generations interact with A.I. chatbots

  • Lay out a research methodology to address this gap in literature.
